We are so excited to have Justin Reilley in the studio this May for his Inversion Workshop, Learning to Fly!

Looking to take your practice to the next level? Visiting yogi Justin Reilley (aka @thetattooedyogi) will be teaching a 2-hour workshop that includes a series of strength building poses specifically designed for arm balance and inversion stability.

This is a foundation building workshop geared towards students who want to learn arm balances and inversions. We will intelligently build the poses to gain strength, stability and balance. Some of the poses we will go over are crow pose, side crow, handstand, and forearm stand with a few other fun transitions too! This workshop is for all levels so just show up with a willingness to try and see what can happen!

May 20, 2017 1-3pm, $30

Justin Reilley has been teaching in the South Jersey/Philadelphia area for over 5 years now, and has also traveled all over the US to teach workshops. He is a Lululemon Ambassador, has been featured in Mantra Magazine and co-headlined the Wanderlust Festival when it came to Philadelphia. He has a unique teaching style that empowers his students to do things with their bodies and lives that they never thought possible. His classes are intense, laden with humor (mildly inappropriate at times), sweat, but very intelligently sequenced to progress his students through their personal yogic journey. He has a deep love of yoga and focuses on how the practice can lead one towards their personal greatness. If you come to his class be prepared to work hard, sweat a ton, try things you may have only dreamed of, laugh hard and hear some expletives.
